The services offered by Brüggemann GmbH cover all three scenarios:

In Risk Management we mediate between the owners of distressed properties and their lenders. We analyse the situation objectively, develop strategies to improve the performance, realise these in consultation with the owner as part of Interim Management, look for suitable investors and advise and steer the involved parties through to the successful transaction.

In Corporate Restructuring we help companies with liquidity problems which are threatening their existence to reduce costs and at the same time generate additional revenues through the sale of property. Here, too, we offer all services required for the liquidity crisis to be overcome quickly, from a situation analysis and sound recommendations for cost-cutting measures through to transaction management.

Finally, in Private Placement we offer private investors such as family offices, for instance, an attractive model for short-term investment in properties, which can be freely selected from a pool put together by us.
