Starting situation
Commercial property can be an attractive capital investment for institutional and private investors. The relative stability of real estate often results in long-term commitments, however, with only gradual economic returns. On top of this, the properties need attending to regularly and investors must live with the risk that the performance could develop unfavourably and the repayment of any loans taken out could become problematic.
Brüggemann GmbH offer investors a different investment model. It is based on short-term commitments financed entirely with own capital in low-valued properties with a good chance of achieving a fast increase in value as a result of targeted actions.
