Sample Transactions

We frequently oversee transactions involving non-performing loans (NPL) from banks. Each case is different. To begin with, the often very complex starting situation must be recorded and assessed methodically.

As a basic principle, our service starts with analysing and assessing the individual situation of the property, its ownership structure, its funded status, its rental situation and its economic performance in the context of the portfolio. The current situation is reviewed with the available data with regard to plausibility, validity and correctness, so that a transaction strategy can then be developed based on this. As a rule, this is only successful if the borrower in crisis is involved. It is necessary to correctly assess his needs in this very tense and existential situation and to determine the necessary measures, so that ultimately a consensual and timely result can be achieved for both parties. We can look back at almost 10 years of successful work here, during which we have developed specific know-how in this field.

The selected case studies are intended to illustrate the role we play in this process. The case studies have been rendered anonymous for understandable reasons.
